Anthony B. Giardini
Anthony Giardini’s law practice includes all aspects of the commercial property business, from the nuts and bolts of entity selection and transactional document preparation to deal negotiation through relationship management and commercial enterprise operation.
Anthony’s law practice perfectly aligns with his personal interest and love for the City of Lorain and surrounding areas.
Anthony is the Chairman of the Lorain County Democratic Party, member of the Lorain County Board of Elections, active sportsman, member of the Lorain Schools Alumni Association, supporter of the Lorain City Schools and avid Lorain Titans fan.
Erin N. Poplar
Everyone has a superpower and Erin’s is meticulous attention to detail. Erin’s attention to detail coupled with relentless factual investigation ensure that she will uncover the gritty details that often make a winning case.
Erin’s main focuses are personal injury and construction defect litigation. Erin has handled serious injury and wrongful death cases related to auto and ATV accidents, industrial accidents dog bites and premises liability resulting in traumatic brain injuries, spinal injuries, neurologic injuries, serious burns, lacerations and scarring.
Erin is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, the Lorain County Bar Association and the Ashland Bar Association and is a member of the Board of the Lorain County Office on Aging.
Daniel D. Mason
For Dan, helping clients navigate and resolve difficult legal matters is what makes being a lawyer worthwhile.
Dan has 30 years of experience in personal injury and commercial litigation, including trials involving wrongful death and child sex abuse. Dan has the tenacity and know-how to manage and negotiate settlements and navigate the ever-changing laws involving repayment demands of insurance companies.
Dan is a native of Zanesville in Central Ohio, but moved to Lorain County in 1991 and made it his home.
Henry T Patterson Jr.
Henry has prided himself on his community involvement by providing leadership by serving as the Vice Chairman of the Academic Distress Commission for the Lorain City Schools.
Henry is Of Counsel with Giardini, Poplar & Mason, LLC in Lorain Ohio. He predominately practices in Probate Court and has handled cases in Lorain, Cuyahoga, Erie, Hamilton, Lake and Summit Counties.
In addition to his law practice, Henry is also a tenured Associate Professor of Political Science at Lorain County Community College, where he has taught since 2006.
