Erin Poplar
In her over-20 year legal career, Erin’s primary focus has been helping her clients solve and avoid problems through thoughtful legal counseling and fierce courtroom advocacy. Erin’s main focuses are personal injury, construction defect litigation and business. Erin has handled serious injury and wrongful death cases related to auto and ATV accidents, industrial accidents, dog bites and premises liability resulting in traumatic brain injuries, spinal injuries, neurological injuries, serious burns, lacerations and scarring.
Erin’s clients are consistently impressed with her ability to uncover avenues of attack and streams of recovery that are not immediately apparent as well as the tireless work ethic necessary to uncover every possible strategy. Erin began her career in central Ohio in 1999 but moved back to her native Lorain County and opened her practice here in 2013. Erin also maintains an office in Ashland to serve her clients in central Ohio. Erin has tried jury cases to verdict in many Ohio counties including Ashland, Richland, Marion, Medina, Crawford and Wayne and has briefed and argued appellate cases in the Third, Fifth, Sixth and Ninth appellate districts of Ohio and in the Supreme Court of Ohio.
Erin is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, the Lorain County Bar Association and the Ashland County Bar Association and is a member of the Board of the Lorain County Office on Aging.
